The Marion County Community Health Assessment process was launched in July of 2018, continuing a strong commitment to better understanding the health status and health needs of the community. The purpose of the community health assessment is to uncover or substantiate the health needs and health issues in Marion County and better understand the causes and contributing factors to health and quality of life in the county.
The steering committee is refining objectives and action plans for each of the Strategic Priority Areas :
