]]> Dove Wellness & Counseling provides compassionate, individualized mental health counseling for adolescents, adults, couples, veterans, and first responders. Services address anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, narcissistic abuse recovery, and stress related to critical incidents.

Our whole-person approach includes evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Faith-integrated counseling is also available upon request.

Dove Wellness & Counseling incorporates **Emotional Fitness**, which uses intentional physical movement to support a healthier lifestyle, reduce stress, and develop practical coping strategies for emotional regulation. Clients learn how movement, body awareness, and healthy routines can strengthen resilience, improve mood, and promote greater connection among the body, mind, spirit and emotions.

Services are available in person in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.

HFHC meets the needs of our moms whether insured, under insured, or uninsured; as well as offering a sliding fee discount program for those who qualify.
