Dehydration Prevention
Hot weather increases the risk of dehydration. Watch for signs such as thirst, headache, dizziness, fatigue, dry mouth, and dark-colored urine. When spending time outdoors, drink water frequently, take breaks in the shade, and increase fluid intake during exercise or prolonged exposure to the heat.
