About Community Home Project
The Community Home Project is a partnership between the Marion County Hospital District and Marion County Public Schools offering free programs and resources to support families in the Ocala area.
Based at Howard Academy, the project provides assistance with employment, educational training, health care navigation, dental clinics and fitness and nutrition classes all designed to help you and your family thrive.

Education
Youth after-school tutoring and mentoring.
Assistance with GED classes, life-skills training, and continuing education.
Medical & Dental
Access healthcare with personalized navigation for medical benefits, referrals, diabetes education, and dental clinics.
Fitness & Nutrition
Build healthier habits with hands-on cooking classes, gardening, grocery support, fitness classes, and wellness education.
