Florida Aquatics Swimming and Training

FAST Falcons Swim School offers swim lessons for all ages and skill levels, from Parent-Tot classes for children ages 2 and under to youth swim instruction, homeschool swim programs for ages 8–17, and adult beginner and intermediate lessons. Programs focus on water safety, swimming fundamentals, stroke development, and competitive swim preparation, with private lessons also available for individualized instruction.
